ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A warning device for mounting on a vehicle to alert the driver of contact with an obstacle such as a loading dock is disclosed. The device has a resilient body and two normally spaced electrical contacts which close together to complete electrical circuitry when the resilient body is compressed as a result of impact with an obstacle.
