ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: Technical fields: vehicles on wheels of the articulated type, i.e. vehicles comprising at least two parts which are articulated to each other in the direction of the length of the vehicle, and the pusher type, i.e. the type in which it is mainly the set of wheels of a part located at the rear of the vehicle which is the driving set. Technical problem: avoid a "folding-up" of the vehicle in the event of loss of adherence of the wheels of the front part of the vehicle. Gist of the solu- tion: in the case where a set of wheels of the front part is a steering set of wheels, regulating means for the part of the motor-transmission unit which is connected to the front driving set of wheels comprises a threshold means for bringing the part of the motor-transmission unit into action. The threshold means is moreover connected to means for mesuring a parameter which at least approximately translates the transverse stability of the vehicle. Main use of the invention: articulated buses of the pusher type.
