A memory stores division data as vehicle attribute data, the division data set each region of a vehicle for dividing each of the regions into respective areas based on a predetermined condition and set a repair condition corresponding to each of the areas. A calculating device specifies a damaged position of the vehicle, determines to which area set in each region the specified damaged position belongs, and calculates a repair cost based on repair condition data of the determined area.
