ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A device is disclosed which is intended to indicate to the user the tilt and inclination of a vehicle in which the device is installed, simultaneously. The device includes an outer sealed sphere containing an inner partial sphere which may pivot and rotate within the outer sphere. Light emitting diodes mounted on the inner walls of the outer sphere illuminate the inner chamber of the outer sphere. The outer sphere is opaque except for an indicator portion having indicia allowing indication of inclination. The user may view through the indicator portion and see indicia on the inner sphere which indicate tilt.
