A window cover for a military vehicle which includes both upper and lower armored plates angled away from an underlying vehicle window, one of the reflectors being pivotable. The window cover allows an occupant of the vehicle to view outside the vehicle window, as light is reflected off an upper reflector to a lower reflector and toward an occupant of the vehicle. A filter is placed between the upper and lower reflectors to filter out a portion of light reflected. The filter may also provide a collimation function.

Le cache pour pare-brise permet à un occupant du véhicule de voir à l'extérieur puisque la lumière est réfléchie sur un réflecteur supérieur, puis un réflecteur inférieur, vers l'occupant du véhicule. Un filtre est placé entre les réflecteurs inférieur et supérieur de façon à filtrer une partie de la lumière réfléchie. Le filtre peut aussi servir de collimateur.
