A vehicle window display apparatus which includes a planar display having a display face and a mounting face. A first fastener is positioned on the mounting face of the planar display. A mounting member is provided having a body with a hook for engaging an upper peripheral edge of a vehicle window. A second fastener is mounted to the body of the mounting member. The mounting member is secured to an upper peripheral edge of a vehicle window and the first fastener fastened to the second fastener to secure the planar display to the mounting member.
