BREVET D'INVENTION VITRAGE AUTOMOBILE PREEQUIPE POUR LE COLLAGE DANS UNE BAIE ET PROCEDE DE FABRICATION Déposant : SAINT GOBAIN VITRAGE INTERNATIONAL ABREGE DESCRIPTIF Un vitrage destiné à être collé dans une baie, en particulier un vitrage automobile destiné au collage dans une baie de carrosserie est équipé à sa périphérie d'un cadre en élastomère obtenu par moulage haute pression et/ou par extrusion. Le cadre possède une section en U dont la partie intérieure des ailes est équipée de nervures longitudinales. La colle de pose qui est déposée à l'intérieur du U n'adhère pas à sa surface mais, après durcissement, assure un accrochage purement mécanique. La partie du profilé comportant la section en U est faite d'un élastomère thermoplastique polyoléfine à base de polypropylène isotactique et de caoutchouc éthylène-propylène-diène. La colle est, elle, à base de polyuréthane monocomposant polymérisant à l'humidité. Fig. 3
