A vending machine face has a number of modules that are mechanically fastened to an underlying frame. These modules can be easily removed and replaced in the field so that the appearance of a vending machine can be changed with promotions, new interactive pieces can be added, the location of the vend selection buttons can be changed, recessed display compartments can be used and/or different light boxes with various graphics can be inserted and removed. This arrangement will provide for the ability to completely change the appearance of the vending machine on site. The vending machine can be customized for specific account location and can be switched from one promotion to another relatively easily. A frame for holding the modules is provided. The frame and modules can be a door for the vending machine. This door can be flat or have a contoured, undulating outer face. Also, the door can be rectangular or have other shapes as desired.
L'invention porte sur la partie frontale d'un distributeur automatique qui comporte un certain nombre de modules fixés de manière mécanique à un cadre sous-jacent. Ces modules peuvent être facilement retirés et remplacés sur place de façon à modifier l'apparence du distributeur automatique par des éléments publicitaires. Il est possible d'y ajouter de nouveaux éléments interactifs, de modifier l'emplacement des boutons de sélection, d'utiliser des compartiments de présentation plus profonds et/ou d'insérer et de retirer différents caissons lumineux dotés de graphiques divers. Cet agencement offre la possibilité de modifier totalement sur place l'apparence du distributeur automatique. Le distributeur automatique peut être personnalisé au site du client spécifique, les éléments publicitaires pouvant être changés relativement facilement. Un cadre pour retenir les modules est également prévu. Le cadre et les modules forment une porte de distributeur automatique. Cette porte peut être plate ou avoir une face externe profilée, ondulée. Elle peut être également rectangulaire ou avoir d'autres formes.
