ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A veneral-disease preventive covering manufacturing process including a step to prepare a raw material by mixing a natural rubber with 0.3% catalytic dehydration agent 0.1% zinc oxide powder and 0.3% setting agent through the operation of a mixer a step to fill 0.2% liquefied curling agent into said mold and heat said mold to 80°C and then to fill said raw material into said mold for heating to 150°-200°C a step to perform the process of curling through labor or curling machine and then let it be heated to 150°C again, and a last step to strip off the finished product from said mold for packing after shape setting. A finished product: can be a mask or a pair of briefs having an expansible portion for protruding the tongue or the penis so as to eliminate possible contamination during sexual intertcourse or oral sex.
