69713-62 ABSTRACT The invention relates to a venetian blind used to regulate the intensity of indoor light and to shade the sun light in living environments, the venetian blind having the capability of being adjusted in length and width. The blind comprises a sky rail and a lower beam which are mutually latched in a tri-sectional mode and have the capability of expanding and contracting, fixing slices at the hole positions of the pulling rope on the lower beam to provide the ladder rope and the pulling rope fixing positions wherein holes of the pulling ropes on both sides of the blind are elongated holes, and basic components of known venetian blinds. It is only necessary to cut the extra part of the blind to regulate the width by contracting the sky rail and the lower beam, to pull down the end of the pulling rope to let the pulling rope be fixed by the fixing slice and move the lower beam upward, and to cut the extra blinds to regulate the length.
