An apparatus is provided for both conveying air and for housing electronic devices (20) in a vehicle. The apparatus comprises a moulded ventilation duct (16) with a parallel housing (18) secured to the duct for housing electronic devices. The housing (18) is moulded integrally with the duct (16) and metallised with electronic circuitry and devices. This design improves packaging efficiency underneath the vehicle instrument panel.
