ABSTRACT A flow control means for ventilation ducting comprising a length of tubing having a diameter conforming substantially with that of the ducting, said length of tubing being fixed at one end to the internal walls of the ducting and extending along the ducting away from the one end, the other end of the tubing being adapted to be able to be reduced in diameter within the ducting to reduce the air flow through the ducting.
