A circular saw of diameter approximately 10 feet or large diameter at the end of a boom of a hydraulic shovel, the saw operating with the aid of a hydraulic motor. The saw can, in all planes and all positions, adopt all angular positions that the work requires from 0 degrees to approximately 135 degrees. A control valve determines in all directions the positioning degree required of the saw, thereby allowing it to cut a hemispherical form in a wall of stone, concrete, ice. The saw can be locked at a desired angle to execute work safely. The saw is mounted on a 360 degree universal base and it has a mechanism with a cylinder and articulated arm for positioning. Besides sawing, it can also polish.
