The present invention concerns a modular arthrodesis device, used to enable fusing of two contiguous vertebrae by development of bony tissues with replacement of fibrocartilaginous discs ensuring the bonding between the vertebrae of the vertebral column or the end of the latter, and including interchangeable types of fixation means. Intervertebral arthrodesis device designed to be inserted in an intervertebral space (E) separating the opposite plates (V0) of two adjacent vertebrae (V), characterised in that it comprises at least one structure called intervertebral cage (1) presenting the shape of a ring that mayor may not be open, in which at least one part, along the axis of the spine, has a lower height that the rest of this same cage and forms a small bar (12) crossed by at least one drilling (121, 122) of the axis approximately perpendicular to the plate (V0) of at least one of the adjacent vertebrae (V).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif modulaire d'arthrodèse, conçu pour faciliter la fusion de deux vertèbres contiguës par développement de tissus osseux avec remplacement des disques fibrocartilagineux assurant la liaison entre les vertèbres de la colonne vertébrale ou de l'extrémité de cette dernière, et comprenant des types interchangeables de moyens de fixation. Le dispositif modulaire d'arthrodèse selon l'invention est conçu pour être inséré dans un espace intervertébral (E) séparant les plateaux (V0) opposées de deux vertèbres (V) adjacentes. Il est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une structure appelée cage intervertébrale (1), possédant la forme d'un anneau éventuellement ouvert, et dans laquelle au moins une partie située le long de l'axe de la colonne vertébrale possède une hauteur inférieure aux autres parties de cette même cage, et forme une petite barre (12) traversée par au moins un trou (121, 122) dont l'axe est approximativement perpendiculaire au plateau (V0) d'au moins une des vertèbres (V) adjacentes.
