The present invention provides a vertical type forming, filling and closing machine for filling fluid substance discharged from an injection nozzle to a predetermined height into a bag and packaging the same. The machine has an upper surface height detecting device for detecting the height of the upper surface of the fluid substance filled in the bag. A cylinder is connected to the injection nozzle for moving the injection nozzle upwardly and downwardly. A controlling apparatus for controlling the cylinder in response to the result of detection of the upper surface height detecting means is provided to move the injection nozzle upwardly or downwardly. The controlling apparatus controls the cylinder so that the discharging opening of the injection nozzle is always buried, during filling, to a predetermined level from the upper surface of the fluid substance filled in the bag.
Machine de type vertical servant à former, à remplir et à fermer des sacs. Une substance fluide est déversée, à partir d'une buse d'injection, à une hauteur prédéterminée dans un sac aux fins d'emballage. La machine est pourvue d'un dispositif de détection de la hauteur de la surface supérieure de la substance fluide déversée dans le sac. Un cylindre relié à la buse d'injection sert à déplacer celle-ci vers le haut et vers le bas. Un appareil de commande du cylindre, dont le fonctionnement dépend des résultats de la détection de la hauteur de la surface supérieure, est fourni pour déplacer la buse d'injection vers le haut ou vers le bas. L'appareil de commande règle le cylindre de façon que l'ouverture d'écoulement de la buse d'injection soit toujours plongée, durant le remplissage, à un niveau prédéterminé par rapport à la surface supérieure de la substance fluide dans le sac.
