A very low amplitude microvibration sensing device, comprising an optical cavity (8) consisting of a glass plate (11) sandwiched between two three-dimensional interferometric arrays (9, 10) and contacting a body in which microvibration is to be sensed; a coherent light source (13) illuminating one (9) of the two arrays in said optical cavity (8); and a display screen receiving light reflected by said optical cavity.
