ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a process of stabil- izing micellular particles, such as vesicles, and increasing their shelf life by suspending the particles in a polymeric gel matrix. The invention also relates to such particles suspended in the gel matrix with a protective gel surface thereabout which is capable of becoming fluid and converting the protective surface to an aqueous suspension.
