ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A vibrating mill having at least one grinding container surrounded with an insulating casing. The container is attached to a resiliently mounted carrier frame equipped with a vibrating drive. At least one support device is provided and preferably having heat insulating properties and arranged at the junction between the outer wall of the grinding container and the carrier frame and serving to transfer the accelerating forces from the said carrier frame to the grinding container. The vibrating mill is characterized in that a resiliently deformable support ring is arranged at the junction between the grinding container and the carrier frame. The support ring has support elements arranged on its inside and outside in spaced relationship to each other, and the support elements on the outside are staggered in relation to the support elements on the inside.
