This pump uses the reciprocating axial movement of a piston (3) driven by the pulsed magnetic field of an electromagnet. The piston (3) is solid and slides in a cylindrical guide (2) which runs axially across the magnet coil (1) and which has two end sections (4, 6) around the front sides (5, 7) of the coil (1). A pipe (8) running outside the coil (1) connects the two end sections (4, 6) of the piston guide (2) and a check valve (9) is installed on the pipe (8). A fluid inlet (10) is connected to the pipe (8) or to the first end section (4) of the piston guide (2). A fluid outlet (12) with a check valve (13) is connected to the second end section (6) of the piston guide (2). Specific application: water pump.
Cette pompe utilise le mouvement axial alternatif d'un piston (3) déplacé par le champ magnétique pulsé d'un électro-aimant. Le piston (3) est plein et coulisse dans un guide tubulaire (2) qui traverse axialement la bobine (1) de l'électro-aimant, et qui possède deux parties d'extrémité (4,6) situées vers les faces frontales (5,7) de la bobine (1). Un conduit (8) relie les deux parties d'extrémité (4,6) du guide de piston (2), en passant, par l'extérieur de la bobine (1), un clapet anti-retour (9) étant intercalé sur le conduit (8). Une entrée de fluide (10) est raccordée au conduit (8) ou à la première partie d'extrémité (4) du guide de piston (2). Une sortie de fluide (12) avec clapet anti-retour (13) est raccordée à la seconde partie d'extrémité (6) du guide de piston (2). Application particulière : pompe à eau.
