A system (100) and method for detecting and analyzing anomalies in a machine (10) during operation. The system (100) and method includes at least one sensor (20) configured to detect characteristics of the machine (10) indicative of machine vibration, at least one other sensor (22) configured to detect characteristics of the machine (10) indicative of other than machine vibration, a plurality of neural networks (312, 316, 318, 330, 332) to receive input data, at least one neural network (312, 316, 318, 330, 332) receiving vibration data from the at least one sensor (20), and at least one other neural network (318) receiving non-vibration data from the at least one other sensor (22), and an expert system (334) to receive output data from the neural networks (312, 316, 318, 330, 332) and responsively analyze machine operation for anomalies.
L'invention concerne un système (100) et un procédé de détection et d'analyse d'anomalies dans une machine (10), au cours de son fonctionnement. Ce système (100) et ce procédé comprennent au moins un détecteur (20) conçu pour détecter des caractéristiques de la machine (10) indicatrices des vibrations de la machine, au moins un autre détecteur (22) élaboré pour détecter des caractéristiques de la machine (10) indicatrices de vibrations autres que celles de la machine, une pluralité de réseaux neuraux (312, 316, 318, 330, 332) permettant de recevoir des données d'entrée, au moins un réseau neural (312, 316, 318, 330, 332) recevant des données liées aux vibrations provenant du détecteur (20) et au moins un autre réseau neural (318) recevant des données non liées aux vibrations provenant de l'autre détecteur (22) et un système d'expertise (334) servant à recevoir des données de sortie provenant des réseaux neuraux (312, 316, 318, 330, 332) et à analyser, en réponse, un fonctionnement de la machine destiné aux anomalies.
