ABSTRACT A two-piece grommet-type vibration isolator comprised of a pair of resilient disks provided with concentric internal circular depressions and centered circular apertures, at least one of the disks being affixed flange-like externally to one end of a resilient cylindrical tube. The axial spring stiffness of the isolator may be varied by keeping the overall dimensions of the resilient disks constant and varying the diameter of the depression.
