A vibration sensor (1) comprising a vibration electrode (3) having weights (7a, 7b) disposed on both surfaces thereof, a first fixed electrode (2a) opposed to one surface of the vibration electrode (3), and a second fixed electrode (2b) opposed to the other surface of the vibration electrode (3), wherein vibration signals which are based on a signal obtained by a change in capacitance between the first fixed electrode (2a) and the vibration electrode (3) and based on a signal obtained by a change in capacitance between the second fixed electrode (2b) and the vibration electrode (3) are outputted.

La présente invention concerne un capteur de vibrations (1) comportant une électrode à vibrations (3) ayant des poids (7a, 7b) disposés sur chacune de ses deux surfaces, une première électrode fixe (2a) opposée à une surface de l'électrode à vibrations (3), et une seconde électrode fixe (2b) opposée à l'autre surface de l'électrode à vibrations (3), ceci permettant la production en sortie de signaux de vibrations qui sont basés sur un signal obtenu à partir d'un changement de capacité entre la première électrode fixe (2a) et l'électrode à vibrations (3) et basés sur un signal obtenu à partir d'un changement de capacité entre la seconde électrode fixe (2b) et l'électrode à vibrations (3).
