A vibrating tranducer or alarm for a pager, cellular telephone and the like, includes a single coil wound in a longitudinal direction to enclose a chamber extending in the longitudinal direction; a planar substrate, bonded to an outer wall formed by the coil; a switching power source, operatively coupled to the coil, for producing an oscillating magnetic field within the chamber, and an eccentric weight rotor assembly extending within the chamber, where the rotor assembly includes a permanent magnet that provides a rotational force to the rotor assembly when acted upon by the oscillating magnetic field.

L'invention concerne un transducteur ou un avertisseur à vibrations pour récepteur de radiomessagerie, téléphone cellulaire ou analogue, comprenant une seule bobine enroulée dans le sens longitudinal de manière à fermer une chambre s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal; un substrat plan fixé à une paroi extérieure formée par la bobine; une alimentation électrique à découpage couplée fonctionnellement à la bobine pour produire un champ magnétique oscillant à l'intérieur de la chambre; et un ensemble rotor à charge excentrée situé à l'intérieur de la chambre. L'ensemble rotor comporte un aimant permanent qui fournit une force de rotation à l'ensemble rotor lorsque ce dernier est activé par le champ magnétique oscillant.
