ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Video monitor images which include at least one object showing multiple dimensions are superimposed with CAD images which include the corresponding designed dimensions of the object. Such images are substantially overlaid, aligned and focused so that the CAD designed dimensional images substantially match the corresponding video monitor images and any differences between the dimensions of the video images and the corresponding CAD designed dimensions of the CAD images may be readily determined.
