In reversing a vehicle towards a trailer, this device is known to be used as a guide that allows the operator of a vehicle to see the hitch of the trailer from the vehicle driver's seat. In this invention, the adjustable mirror device is mounted to the jack on the tongue of the trailer and provides a clear sight line of the trailer's hitch to the driver of the vehicle. This enables the operator of the vehicle to line up and accurately connect the vehicle's 'ball' to the trailer hitch unassisted.
