Apparatus for viewing an information mark on the table (7) of a gemstone (6) in the form of a jewellery case (1). The jewellery case 1 has a body portion (2) for holding a finger ring (5) with a gemstone (6) uppermost, and a pivoted lid 3. The pivoted lid (3) has an opening (15) in its top containing a x10 lens (16) so that when the cover (3) is pivoted open through say 30~, the gemstone table (7) can be viewed by eye through the lens (16) with the gemstone illuminated by light entering the case through the gap formed by opening the cover (3), which light strikes the gemstone table (7) obliquely and specularly reflects through the lens (16).
La présente invention a trait à un appareil permettant la visualisation d'un signe d'information sur la table (7) d'une pierre précieuse (6) sous la forme d'un écrin à bijoux (1). L'écrin à bijoux (1) présente une portion (2) pour contenir une bague (5) avec une pierre précieuse (6) au sommet, et un couvercle articulé (3). Le couvercle articulé (3) présente une ouverture (15) en sa partie supérieure contenant une lentille x10 (16) de sorte que lors de l'ouverture par articulation du couvercle (30) d'environ 30·, la table de la pierre précieuse (7) peut être vue à travers la lentille (16), la pierre précieuse étant éclairée par la lumière à travers l'espace formé par l'ouverture du couvercle (3), ladite lumière éclaire table de pierre précieuse (7) de manière oblique et émet une réflexion spéculaire à travers la lentille (16).
