The invention relates to a method for preparing 4'-deoxy-20',20'-difluorovinblastine. The method is characterized in that a compound of general formula 2 (see formula 2), wherein R3 represents a hydroxyl group and R4 a hydrogen atom, or R3 and R4 form a double bond, is made to react in superacid media, derived from the association of a Bronsted acid and a Lewis acid, in the presence of a reagent that generates superelectrophilic species. The temperature of the reaction medium is between -45 and -35 degree C. The invention further relates to a method for preparing vinflunine from 4'-déoxy-20',20'-difluorovinblastine.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de la 4'-déoxy-20',20'- difluorovinblastine. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'on fait réagir un composé de formule générale 2 Image dans laquelle R3 représente un groupement hydroxyle et R4 un atome d'hydrogène, ou bien R3 et R4 forment une double liaison, en milieu superacide, provenant de l'association d'un acide de Bronsted et d'un acide de Lewis, en présence d'un réactif générateur d'espèces de type superélectrophile. La température du milieu réactionnel est comprise entre -45 et -35°C. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de la vinflunine à partir de la 4'-déoxy-20',20'-difluorovinblastine.
