A vinyl chloride resin composition having excellent weatherability and impact resistance which comprises (a) a vinyl chloride resin, (b) a graft copolymer which is obtained by graft-polymerizing (b2) a graft monomer component composed of 40 to 100 % by weight of methyl methacrylate and 0 to 60 % by weight of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an alkyl acrylate, an alkyl methacrylate, an unsaturated nitrile and an aromatic vinyl compound onto (b1) a crosslinked elastomeric polymer composed mainly of an alkyl acrylate, the methyl ethyl ketone-soluble portion of the graft copolymer having an .eta.qsp/c of 1 to 5 measured at 30°C with respect to its 0.2g/ 100cc acetone solution, and (c) calcium carbonate; and molded articles having a multilayer structure wherein a layer molded from the above composition is used as the surface layer or the inner layer.
La présente invention concerne, d'une part une composition de résine de chlorure de vinyl présentant une bonne résistance aux intempéries et aux chocs, et d'autre part un article moulé multicouche dont une couche de surface ou intérieure est faite dans cette composition. Cette composition comprend (a) une résine de chlorure de vinyl, (b) un copolymère greffe, et (c) du carbonate de calcium. Ce copolymère greffe (b) résulte d'une greffe d'un ingrédient monomère (b2) sur un polymère de gomme réticulée (b1). Ce dernier (b1) provient essentiellement d'un alkylacrylate dans lequel les composants solubles dans le méthyl-éthylcétone présentent un eta sp/c de 1 à 5 mesuré sur une solution acétonique à 0,2g/100cc à 30 DEG C. L'ingrédient monomère (b2) comprend pour 40% à 100% de sa masse du méthyl-méthacrylate, et pour 0% à 60% de sa masse l'un au moins des éléments du groupe des alkyl-acrylates, alkyl-méthacrylates, nitriles insaturés, et composés aromatiques du vinyl.
