The present invention relates to cephalosporin derivatives of the general formula (see formula I) wherein X is CH or N; R1 is hydrogen or cyclopentyl; R2 is a group of formula (see formula II)(see formula III)(see formula IV)(see formula V)(see formula VI) (see formula VII)(see formula VIII)(see formula IX)(see formula X)(see formula XI) (see formula XII)(see formula XIII)(see formula XIV) R3 is hydrogen, an alkalimetal ion or a tertiary ammonium group; R4 is hydrogen, an amino protecting group, pyrrolidin-2- ylmethyl, azetidin-3-ylmethyl, iminomethyl, 1- carbamimidoyl; R5 is hydrogen, dialkylcarbamoyl, .omega.-hydroxyalkyl, .omega.- aminoalkyl, pyridinium-1-ylmethyl, 1-hydroxy-3- aminomethyl-propyl or (hydroxy)-(pyrrolidin-2- yl)methyl; R6 is hydrogen, trifluoromethyl or hydroxy; and R7 is alkyl, .omega.-hydroxy-alkyl, cycloalkyl, 3-pyrrolidinyl, 3- azetidinyl, iminomethyl or 1-carbamimidoyl; as well as readily hydrolyzable esters thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable salts of said compounds and hydrates of the compounds of formula I and of their esters and salts; the invention is further concerned with the manufacture of compounds of formula I; with their use as pharmaceutically active substances, particularly for the treatment and prophylaxis of infectious diseases, and with pharmaceutical preparations containing a compound of formula I for the treatment and prophylaxis of infectious diseases.
La présente invention concerne des céphalosporines dérivées de la formule générale (voir la formule I) dans laquelle X représente CH ou N; R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou de cyclopentyle; R2 représente un groupe de la formule (voir la formule II)(voir la formule III)(voir la formule IV)(voir la formule V)(voir la formule VI) (voir la formule VII)(voir la formule VIII)(voir la formule IX)(voir la formule X)(voir la formule XI) (voir la formule XII)(voir la formule XIII)(voir la formule XIV); R3 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un ion alkalimétallique ou un groupe d'ammonium tertiaire; R4 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe aminoprotecteur, pyrrolidino-2- méthyle, azétidino-3-méthyle, iminométhyle, 1- carbamamidyle; R5 représente un atome d'hydrogène, dialkylcarbamoyl, .oméga.-hydroxyalkyle, .oméga.- aminoalkyle, pyridinium-1-ylméthyle, 1-hydroxy-3- aminométhyl-propyle ou (hydroxy)-(pyrrolidin-2- yl)méthyle; R6 représente un atome d'hydrogène, trifluorométhyle ou hydroxy; et R7 représente un alkyle, .oméga.-hydroxy-alkyle, cycloalkyle, 3-pyrrolidinyl, 3- azetidinyl, iminométhyle ou 1-carbamimidoyl; ainsi que les esters facilement hydrolisables qui s'y rapportent, des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables desdits composés et des hydrates des composés de la formule I et de leurs esters et sels; l'invention porte également sur la fabrication des composés de la formule I, leur utilisation comme substances pharmaceutiques actives, particulièrement pour le traitement et la prophylaxie de maladies infectieuses, et les préparations pharmaceutiques contenant un composé de la formule I pour le traitement et la prophylaxie de maladies infectieuses.
