ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to certain new vinyl (thiono)(thiol) phosphoric (phosphonic) acid esters, to a process for their preparation and to their use as insecti- cides, acaricides and n???ticides. It is already known that 2-carboalkoxy-2-cyano-vinyl- phosphoric(phosphonic) acid esters, for example 0,0-diethyl- 0-[1-methyl-2-cyano-2-carbethoxyvinyl]-phosphoric acid ester and 0-ethyl-0-[1-methyl-2-carbethoxy-2-cyanovinyl]-ethane- phosphonic acid ester (see Belgian Patent Specification 654,748) and 0,0-diethyl-0-(2-ethoxy-2-carbethoxyvinyl)- thionophosphoric acid ester (see Belgian Patent Specifi- cation 755,934), as well as 0,0-dimethyl- and 0,0-diethyl-S- (1-ethylthio-1-carbethoxymethyl)-thionothiolphosphoric acid esters (see German Ausl?g??chrift (German Published Specification) 1,068,699 and 0,0-dimethyl-S-(1,2-dicarbethoxy- ethyl)-thionothiolphosphoric acid ester (see U.S. Patent Specification 2,578,652), have insecticidal and acaricidal properties.
