The invention relates to vinylcyclohexane based polymers with an absolute molecular weight Mw of between 100000 and 450000 g/mol-1 or the mixture thereof with a low-molecular component with an absolute molecular weight of between 1000 and less than 100000 g/mol-1, wherein molecular weight distribution is characterized by a polydispersity index ranging from 1 to 3 and melt viscosity reaches a maximum of 1000 Pa.s, measured at 300~ C and a shear rate of 1000 s-1.

L'invention concerne des polymères à base de vinylcyclohexane présentant un poids moléculaire absolu M¿w? compris entre 100 000 et 450 000 g/mol?-1¿ ou leur mélange avec des composants à faible poids moléculaire, présentant un poids moléculaire absolu compris entre 1000 et une valeur inférieure à 100 000 g/mol?-1¿, la répartition du poids moléculaire étant caractérisée par un indice de polydispersité compris entre 1 et 3. La viscosité desdits polymères à l'état fondu s'élève au maximum à 1000 Pa.s, mesurée à 300 ·C, et leur vitesse de cisaillement est égale à 1000 s?-1¿.
