A virtual-battery is a single-handheld virtual- energizer with virtual-battery-ability apparatus, to make battery dependent appliances - cellular phones, handheld computers, video cameras, laptop computers, portable tools, and the like, instantly energy self-sufficient and reliable anytime-anywhere; the apparatus includes: ergonomic frame (11) adapted with virtual energy inducing lever (12) operated by either right or left hand, or both, to provide an ergonomic exercising machine and spontaneous handheld stress release, while at once stores the energy to drive a miniature generator (60) at constant speed to charge a smart-charge-battery (26). Optional handheld appliance-plug-in cradles (15), hands- free virtual-energy-cradles (90), battery- replacing- cradles (95), battery-less appliance-cradles (15) for virtual-energy-dependent future design appliances that provide economic advantage customer's preference, virtual-energy self-sufficiency and reliability anytime- anywhere. The basic design is adaptable to numerous smaller and larger scale applications for the conversion and storage from exercising machines to harmonized wave, wind and currents energy conversion. The basic main frame (22) may potentially be adapted directly to either linear or angular motion and the generator (60) and module (41) output DC for the production of hydrogen fuel, and adapted to the vehicle's seats, suspension and braking to improve their efficiency and comfort.
