A lubricant composition comprising an oil of lubricating viscosity; (A) 0.05 to 1.5 percent by weight of a copolymer comprising 70 to 79 percent by weight of units derived from ethylene ("E"), having a weight-average molecular weight of 50,000 to 100,000, polydispersity less than 3, density ("D") of 860 to 896 kg/m3, and a melting point ("Tm") of 15 ~C to 60 ~C, wherein E and Tm fulfill the expression 3.44E - 206 >= Tm; and (B) 0.05 to 1.5 percent by weight of a block copolymer comprising a first block which comprises a vinyl aromatic comonomer and a second block which comprises a diene comonomer, the diene monomer-containing block being hydrogenated; wherein the weight ratio (A) : (B) is 20:80 to 60:40; exhibits good low temperature performance and durability.
L'invention concerne une composition lubrifiante comprenant une huile de viscosité lubrifiante ; (A) 0,05 à 1,5 % en poids d'un copolymère comprenant 70 à 79 % en poids d'unités dérivées de l'éthylène (<= E >=), ayant M¿w? compris entre 50 000 et 100 000, le rapport M¿w?/M¿n? étant inférieur à 3, une densité (<= D >=) comprise entre 860 et 896 kg/m?3¿, et un point de fusion (<= T¿m? >=) compris entre 15 ·C et 60 ·C, E et T¿m? satisfaisant à l'expression 3,44E - 206>= T¿m ; ?et (B) 0,05 à 1,5 % en poids d'un copolymère bloc comprenant un premier bloc constitué d'un comonomère aromatique vinylique et un second bloc constitué d'un comonomère de diène, le bloc contenant le monomère de diène étant hydrogéné ; le rapport pondéral (A) : (B) est compris entre 20 : 80 à 60 : 40 ; ladite composition présentant ainsi une performance et une durabilité excellente à basse température.
