A mixture comprising A) a copolymer comprising from about 70 to about 79 % by weight of units derived from ethylene, and having (a) M w measured by gel permeation chromatography employing polystyrene standard ranging from about 50,000 up to less than 130,000 and/or (f) SSI <=18; (b) density (D) ranging from about 845 to about 895 kg/m3; (c) M w/m n less than 3; (d) melting point (T m) measured by differential scanning calorimeter ranging from about 15 °C to about 60 °C; and (e) degree of crystallinity >=15%, and B) an amorphous polymer having M w ranging from about 130,000 to about 1,000,000 having degree of crystallinity <= 5 %. In one embodiment the density and the melting point of the copolymer A) fulfill the expression T m<= 1.247 D - 1037. In another embodiment, the percentage content (E: % by weight) of repeating units derived from ethylene and melting point (T m: °C) of the copolymer A) fulfill the expression 3.44E - 206 >= T m. Also, additive concentrates and lubricating compositions comprising the components making up the mixture.

L'invention concerne un mélange constitué A) d'un copolymère comprenant environ 70 à 79 % en poids d'unités dérivées de l'éthylène, et présentant a) Mw mesuré par chromatographie par perméation sur gel utilisant un étalon polystyrène compris entre environ 50 000 et moins de 130 000 et/ou (f) SSI </=18; b) une densité (D) comprise entre environ 845 et 895 kg/m<3>; c) Mw/mn inférieur à 3; d) un point de fusion (Tm) mesuré au moyen d'un calorimètre à balayage différentiel compris entre environ 15 DEG C et 60 DEG C; et e) un degré de cristallinité >/=15 %, et B) un polymère amorphe présentant Mw compris entre environ 130 000 et 1 000 000 et possédant un degré de cristallinité </= 5 %. Selon un mode de réalisation, la densité et le point de fusion du copolymère A) satisfont à l'expression Tm</= 1.247 D - 1037. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, le contenu en pourcentage (E: % en poids) des unités de répétition dérivées de l'éthylène et le point de fusion (TOM<: DEG C) du copolymère A) satisfont à l'expression 3.44E - 206 >/= TOM?. L'invention concerne également des concentrats d'additifs et de compositions lubrifiantes comprenant les composants qui constituent le mélange.
