DA9-91-039 ABSTRACT VISUAL CALENDAR A visual calendar is provided wherein events correspond to a time scale opposite thereto. Each event is sized by a frame beginning at a start time and stopping at an end time directly opposite from the start and end time on the time scale. Scrolling through the time scale causes similar scrolling through the events and vice versa. A change in the start or end time will cause a change in the size of the event frame as well as its location adjacent the time scale. In one embodiment, the time scale is provided with a current time indicator. Additionally the time scale automatically scrolls forward as the current time changes.
