The invention relates to vitamin D derivatives and their uses, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. The invention discloses compounds having different interesting biological properties, including vitamin D nuclear receptor (VDR) agonist activity, as well as therapeutics methods by administering said compounds, in particular for treating cancer, psoriasis, autoimmune diseases, osteodistrophy and osteoporosis. It further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds and methods for preparing the same.
La présente invention concerne des dérivés de la vitamine D et leurs utilisations, en particulier dans l'industrie pharmaceutique. L'invention concerne des composés présentant différentes propriétés biologiques intéressantes, dont une activité d'agoniste du récepteur nucléaire de la vitamine D (Vitamin D Receptor ; VDR), de même que des procédés thérapeutiques d'administration desdits composés, en particulier pour traiter le cancer, le psoriasis, les maladies auto-immunes, l'ostéodystrophie et l'ostéoporose. L'invention concerne en outre des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant lesdits composés et leurs procédés de préparation.
