The invention describes a vitamin receptor binding drug delivery conjugate, and preparations therefor. The drug delivery conjugate consists of a vitamin receptor binding moiety, a bivalent linker (L), and a drug. The vitamin receptor binding moiety is a vitamin, or a vitamin receptor binding analog or a derivative thereof, and the drug includes analogs or derivatives thereof. The vitamin receptor binding moiety is covalently linked to the bivalent linker, and the drug, or the analog or the derivative thereof, is covalently linked to the bivalent linker, wherein the bivalent linker (L) comprises one or more spacer linkers, releasable linkers, and heteroatom linkers. Methods and pharmaceutical compositions for eliminating pathogenic cell populations using the drug delivery conjugate are also described.
La présente invention a trait à un conjugué de délivrance de médicaments de liaison au récepteur de vitamines, et des préparation à cet effet. Le conjugué de délivrance de médicaments est constitué d'un groupe fonctionnel de liaison au récepteur de vitamines, un lieur bivalent (L), et un médicament. Le groupe fonctionnel de liaison au récepteur de vitamines est une vitamine, ou un analogue de liaison au récepteur de vitamines ou un dérivé de celui-ci, et le médicament comporte des analogues ou des dérivés de ceux-ci. Le groupe fonctionnel de liaison au récepteur de vitamines est en liaison covalente avec le lieur bivalent, et le médicament, ou son analogue ou son dérivé, est en liaison covalente avec le lieur bivalent, le lieur bivalent (L) comportant un ou des lieurs espaceurs, lieurs aptes à être libérés, lieurs d'hétéroatomes. L'invention a également trait à des procédés et des compositions pharmaceutiques pour l'élimination de populations cellulaires pathogènes mettant en oeuvre le conjugué de délivrance de médicaments.
