The invention concerns a filler (1) comprising sized glass-based granules (2), wherein each of the granules (2) consists of multiple fragments of ground glass agglomerated together by means of a size (4) containing in particular a compound selected among alkylsilisic acid esters, in particular aminosilane. The method comprises a grinding step (6) which consists in crushing the vitreous material into fragments by said grinding; a mixing step (7) which consists in forming a mixture including the fragments (3) and the size (4); and an agglomerating step (8) which consists in drying the mixture so as to form granules each including multiple fragments (3) and dried parts of the size (4).
On envisage une charge (1) comprenant des granules (2) à base de verre dotés d'un ensimage, dans laquelle chacun des granules (2) est constitué d'une multiplicité de fragments (3) de verre broyé agglomérés entre eux par l'intermédiaire d'un ensimage (4) renfermant notamment un composé choisi parmi les esters d'acides alkylsiliciques, en particulier un aminosilane. Le procédé comprend une phase de broyage (6) pendant laquelle le matériau vitreux est émietté en fragments par ce broyage, une phase de dosage (7) pendant laquelle on forme un mélange incluant les fragments (3) et l'ensimage (4), et une phase d'agglomération (8) pendant laquelle le mélange est séché de manière à former des granules incluant chacun une multiplicité de fragments (3) et des parties séchées de l'ensimage (4).
