Compounds of Formula (I) are antagonists of VLA-4, and as such are useful in the inhibition or prevention of cell adhesion and cell-adhesion mediated pathologies. These compounds may be formulated into pharmaceutical compositions and are suitable for use in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease including ulcerative colitis and Crohn~s disease, multiple sclerosis, asthma, and rheumatoid arthritis.
L'invention concerne des composés de formule (I) qui sont des antagonistes de VLA-4, et qui s'avèrent ainsi utiles pour l'inhibition ou la prévention de l'adhésion des cellules et de pathologies dont la médiation est assurée par l'adhésion des cellules. Ces composés peuvent être formulés en compositions pharmaceutiques et sont aptes à être utilisés dans le traitement de maladies intestinales inflammatoires, notamment la rectocolite hémorragique et la maladie de Crohn, la sclérose en plaques, l'asthme, et la polyarthrite rhumatoïde.
