The apparatus (1) com- prises ~ an data bus controller (4) mastered by a central processing unit CPU (7) and to which said at least one data based apparatus is selectively elec- trically connected, ~ a switching unit (5) mastered by said CPU (7) and to which said at least one telecommunications device is selectively electrically connected, and ~ an electrical link (3) connecting said data bus controller (4) together with said switching unit (5) for the transfer of data between said data based apparatus and said telecommunications device.
