ABSTRACT A voice responsive toy comprising a case, a rod disposed at the one end of the case, a fluctuating member disposed at the other side of the case via a damper, the damper connected the rod with the fluctuating member, a microphone disposed inside of the case, a driving apparatus rotating the rod according to a voice input signal of the microphone to actuate the fluctuating member supposed by the damper and a controlling circuit.
