A voice transaction fraud detection system is disclosed. The system comprises: a short sample continuous speaker identification means based upon the speakers' voice biometrics; a speaker emotion assessment means based upon analysis of voice characteristics; a speaker personal profile assessment means based upon analysis of voice characteristics; and a digital recording and secure storage of the transaction using the voice security token technology. A voice transaction fraud detection method is also disclosed.
