A volatilization performance estimating apparatus employed in solution volatilization processing using a twin screw extruder. The apparatus comprises fluid state computing means (101) for computing the information on the fluid state of solution being present in volatilization region (600) as an object of volatilization processing on screw (200) delivering a solution of nonvolatile substance containing a volatile substance on the basis of the fluid states of solution (700) lying on a surface of screw groove upstream along the direction of delivery, solution (800) lying in the interspace of screw (200) and barrel (100) and solution (900) lying on a surface of screw groove downstream along the direction of delivery, and comprises volatilization performance estimating means (102) for estimating the volatilization performance in volatilization processing on the information on fluid state computed on the basis of the fluid state of the solution lying on the screw (200).
L'invention concerne un appareil d'estimation de performance de volatilisation employé dans un traitement de volatilisation en solution à l'aide d'une extrudeuse à deux vis. L'appareil comprend des moyens de calcul d'état de fluide (101) pour calculer les informations sur l'état de fluide d'une solution présente dans une région de volatilisation (600) en tant qu'objet de traitement de volatilisation sur une vis (200) distribuant une solution de substance non volatile contenant une substance volatile, sur la base des états de fluide de la solution (700) disposée sur une surface de rainure de vis en amont le long de la direction de la distribution, d'une solution (800) disposée dans l'espacement de la vis (200) et du cylindre (100) et d'une solution (900) disposée sur une surface de rainure de vis en aval le long de la direction de distribution.
