A voltage stabilizing circuit comprising a voltage detecting circuit (11) for detecting a control voltage (Vr) in response to an output voltage (V3) of the voltage stabilizing circuit, and a control circuit (9) for stabilizing, based on the control voltage (Vr), the output voltage (V3) of the electronic device (10). To remove the component of a base-emitter voltage from the control voltage, the voltage detecting circuit (11) includes a first series circuit (12) and a second series circuit (13) connected to each other in series. The first series circuit consists of a first resistor (3) and a first transistor (4) connected in series. The second series circuit consists of a second resistor (5) and a second transistor (6) connected in series. The second transistor (6) is connected to function as a diode connection. The first resistor and the second resistor have substantially the same resistances. Thus the control voltage (Vr) is made to be substantially the same as the output voltage (V3).
La présente invention a pour objet un circuit stabilisateur de tension comportant un circuit de détection de tension (11) servant à détecter une tension de contrôle (Vr) en réponse à la tension de sortie (V3) du circuit de stabilisation de tension, ainsi qu'un circuit de contrôle (9) servant à stabiliser, sur la base de la tension de contrôle (Vr), la tension de sortie (V3) de l'appareil électronique (10). Pour extraire la composante de tension d'émission de base de la tension de contrôle, le circuit de détection de tension (11) comporte un premier circuit série (12) et un deuxième circuit série (13) interconnectés en série. Le premier circuit série comporte une première résistance (3) et un premier transistor (4) interconnectés en série. Le deuxième circuit série comporte une deuxième résistance (5) et un deuxième transistor (6) connectés en série. Le deuxième transistor (6) est connecté de manière à fonctionner comme une connexion à diode. La première et la deuxième résistance possèdent essentiellement la même résistance. La tension de contrôle (Vr) produite est donc essentiellement équivalente à la tension de sortie (V3).
