The present invention relates to a von Willebrand Factor for use in the treatment and/or prevention of a bleeding event associated with a thrombopathy induced by substances inhibiting thrombocytes. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method of treating and/or preventing a disorder related to a bleeding event associated with a thrombopathy induced by substances inhibiting thrombocytes comprising administering a pharmaceutically effective amount of a von-Willebrand- Factor (vWF) to a patient in need thereof. The present invention also relates to a composition comprising vWF and a composition comprising FVIII for simultaneous, separate or sequential use for use in the treatment and/or prevention of a bleeding event associated with a thrombopathy induced by substances inhibiting thrombocytes.
La présente invention concerne un facteur de von Willebrand destiné à une utilisation dans le traitement et/ou la prévention dun accident hémorragique associé à une thrombopathie induite par des substances inhibant les thrombocytes. En outre, la présente invention a pour objet un procédé de traitement et/ou de prévention dun trouble lié à un accident hémorragique associé à une thrombopathie induite par des substances inhibant les thrombocytes comprenant ladministration dune quantité pharmaceutiquement efficace dun facteur de von Willebrand (vWF) à un patient en ayant besoin. La présente invention concerne également une composition renfermant du vWF et une composition renfermant du FVIII en vue dune utilisation simultanée, séparée ou séquentielle dans le traitement et/ou la prévention dun accident hémorragique associé à une thrombopathie induite par des substances inhibant les thrombocytes.
