In a device for generating a more efficient air flow in combustion engines, it is known to be used in the inside dimensions of intake and exhaust systems. This invention is comprised of a round tube of short length, with a plurality of fins secured or welded to the inside wall in such a manner and or pattern as to redirect turbulent air into a rotating coherent flow of air. The invention may also have several raised welds or surfaces on the outside diameter to prevent movement when placed inside another tube.
