VULCANIZABLE FLUOROELASTOMER Abstract of the Disclosure A vulcanizable fluoroelastomer having a very useful combination of properties can be made by copolymerizing certain proportions of four different monomers so that one obtains a copolymer containing interpolymerized units in an amount equal to (A) about 4-15% by weight of tetrafluoroethylene, (B) about 48-65% by weight of vinylidene fluoride, (C) about 8-23% by weight of hexafluoropropylene, and (D) about 17-30% by weight of a perfluoroalkyl perfluoro- vinyl ether wherein the alkyl group contains 1-5 carbon atoms. -1-
