TITLE: WAIST REDUCING EXERCISER ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An exerciser for the reduction of the waistline. The waist reducing exerciser is made up of a pair of tubes with one tube slidable inside the other. Within the tubes is a spring which causes one tube to extend approximately one third of its length from within the other tube. At one end of the tube assembly is a cross bar with foot straps and at the other end is a cross bar with hand grips. In use, a person stands on the foot straps and grips the hand grips with his hands. The person stands from the upright position and bends forward moving the assembly forward as well as compressing the spring. This motion is followed by the person pressing on the hand grips and returning to the upright position again.
