Fixed safety rail used to prevent accidental injury to people from falling off buildings. The main components are a pivoting pressure anchor that fastens to a square receptacle which can be removed and replaced many times over A. 2" square tube which comprises the main body of the rail of which the anchoring system and the bill hooks are connected to. Bill hooks which hold a safety cable in its appropriate position while keeping the protruding ends of the hooks directed away from the workers clothing so as not to catch and be knocked off balance. And finally a cable and clamp system to act as a safety tie off between the worker and the edge of the building.
