This invention relates to a novel system for processing waste, plastic and fiber products into new, usable products through the design and implementation of a new walking plane moulding system, incorporating three separate linear interacting motions and positive supply of lubricant sealant through these actions to the exterior of the extrusion product at the same time as inducing a forward motion in the extrudite. The walking plane mould action between upper and lower mould sections, in addition to the cyclical action of the entire mould forwards and reverse, cause the extrudite to move outwardly. During this course, the coolant fluid removes the required heat from the interior and exterior of the extrudite allowing this product to cure/set-up in this single operation.
